Karl Drusch

Karl Drusch is CEO of TrueAero, providing “hands-on” leadership across the organization utilizing technical engine expertise combined with proven success in marketing and sales, distribution management, procurement, and asset management to drive growth, revenue, and profitability.

Mr. Drusch is an accomplished aerospace entrepreneur. Prior to founding TrueAero in 2013, Mr. Drusch started PSG Turbines in January 1999 and grew it successfully despite one of the most difficult times in the industry’s history. Before starting PSG in 1999, Mr. Drusch was Director/General Manager of Pratt & Whitney TEAM (formerly Interturbine TEAM).

Prior to TEAM, Karl Drusch was responsible for all engineering, quality, and inventory operations at Amtec where he developed the infrastructure into one of the first engine parts distribution companies to receive C.A.S.E. quality approval. Earlier he held engineering positions with both NWA in Atlanta and at Continental Airlines in Los Angeles. At both airlines, Mr. Drusch managed all engineering aspects from shop support to engineering management decisions for their fleets.

Mr. Drusch graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Engineering. He currently lives in Arlington, TX with his wife and two of their five children.
