Nicole Ellis

As the Vice President of Technology and Innovation, Mrs. Ellis leads the TrueAero Innovation Lab team and multiple cross functional business technology systems and innovation projects.

Prior to joining TrueAero, Mrs. Ellis held successive business development, leadership, and project management roles with a global SaaS leader working alongside multi-national and Fortune 500 companies in oil & gas, steel, pulp & paper, aerospace, and manufacturing.

Mrs. Ellis is a founding member of Aviation Women Inspiring the Next Generation (A-WING), a non-profit organization committed to the education, recognition, advancement, and equality of female professionals in the aviation industry.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University and lives in the Madison, Wisconsin area with her husband, two children, and a Shephard mix.
