Terrail Fletcher

With over 18 years of progressive experience in human resources, Terrail has a solid understanding of strategic planning, workforce development, and organizational effectiveness. She is skilled in curating policies and processes that foster communication and collaboration, driving operational efficiency across organizations.


Before joining TrueAero, Terrail was the HR Manager for the U.S. market at Lima Corporate (San Daniele del Friuli, Italy). She also held the position of HR Director of Client Consulting at Integrity First Business Solutions, where she collaborated with business owners and executive leaders to create HR strategies that aligned with their organizational goals.


Terrail earned her Bachelor of Business Administration, a certificate in HR Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Master of Leadership and Human Resource Development with a focus on Workforce Development from Louisiana State University. She is pursuing a DBA in Human Resource Management at National University. An active member of several professional associations and boards, Terrail is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), and Omega Nu Lambda (Honors Society).
